Massachusetts Virtual Academy uses the K12 curriculum which is delivered right to the families doorstep which includes books, CD's, and even microscopes.The school will serve students in grades K-12 who can successfully participate in a virtual school environment. Some target groups of students that have been identified for acceptance are:
Students with medical conditions that interfere with attendance.
Students out of school due to pregnancy or parenting.
Students with developmental or social-emotional issues.
Student who seek an advanced school program that isn't available in their own school.
Students in training for a sport that takes place during the day.
